The Member Rewards Program will reward members with 5 points each time they use their MAX VISA® debit card. Swipe, dip, tap, or spend online. It's really that simple.
There's no need to sign up, apply, or visit a branch — start earning points today*. Members Earn 5 points per debit card swipe with a $3 purchase minimum. Points can be redeemed for cash anytime online or in branch.

- 1 point per $1,000 owed on MAX mortgage loan
- 5 points for every swipe over $3
- 10 points per month with checking direct deposit

*Qualifying checking accounts and debit cards are subject to approval. Instant debit cards are subject to availability and pick up in select branches only. Currently HELOC and credit cards are not included. Checking account required.

- How do I access and redeem my rewards?
- Reward balances will be available through online banking, by visiting our locations, contacting our service center and on monthly statement balances. Once you reach points valued at $5, you can redeem anytime.
- What is included in the rewards program?
- Debit card usage - 5 points per Swipe greater than $3
- Loans - 25 points per Loan
- Auto Pay - 10 points per Auto pay

- No, the Member Rewards Program is an additional perk for members.
Are these the same as my credit card rewards?
- Smart Rewards Credit Card point will accrue and can be redeemed in online banking. Cardholders will earn 1 point per $1 spent with their Smart Rewards Credit Card.
Do mortgages and credit cards count as loans for 25 points each per month?
- No, at this point, only closed end consumer goods loans are included.
Member Rewards Program points will begin accruing on April 1, 2022. A MAX Checking Account is required to earn Member Rewards points. Points expire 36 months after issuance. Download Terms & Conditions
