We are excited to introduce Card Manager. An app that is the perfect pair to your MAX app. It is designed to enhance your mobile experience and includes convenient features like:

  • Activation of cards via app
  • Lock/Unlock functions will be available for cards
  • Allows for travel notes to post directly to the member account
  • Push Notifications can be turned on/off
  • Digital issuance of new cards to your Mobile Wallet

Helpful Tips for the New Card Manager App:
  • You will need to enroll as a new user, your previous credentials will not transfer over.
  • Have your cards handy to easily add them into the Card Manager App.
  • Please be aware that standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Once you download the new app and set up your account, you will be able to access the new Card Manager through your MAX app. 



Frequently Asked Questions

You can lock or unlock cards, set travel notifications, report cards lost or stolen, and set alerts and controls for purchases.


Your username should be at least 7 characters and must be unique in our system. Your password should be at least 8 characters and must include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. The email address you enter should include the @ sign, should be valid, and must also be unique in our system—only one user account can be tied to a given email address.


If you forget your username, tap on "Forgot Username" and enter the email address associated with your profile. You will then be prompted to select a preferred delivery channel, either via an SMS message or an email, to receive a one-time passcode. After the one-time passcode has been received and verified within the mobile app, you will receive an email, to your associated email address, with your username. 
If you forget your password, tap on "Forgot Password”, and enter your username and either the primary or secondary card number associated with your account. You will then be prompted to select a preferred delivery channel, either via an SMS message or an email, to receive a one-time passcode. After the one-time passcode has been received and verified within the mobile app, you will be prompted to create a new password.  After your password has been updated, you will receive an email notification, informing of a recent change to your password.
You can see information related to the credit and debit cards you have added to your user profile. If you would like to add more card accounts to your user profile, you can swipe left all the way on the Account Summary, and then tap on Add Card.
In the app, select Card Controls and the click the button under Suspend Card to switch your card OFF or ON. 
From the home screen, tap the  hamburger menu in the upper left corner, and then tap on the Settings. From this screen you can manage your profile picture, edit your profile information and update your password.
Alerts, when enabled, will be sent as SMS text messages to the phone number that is in on your profile. If you enable alerts, please make sure a valid phone number that can receive text messages has been added to your profile. You may receive your alerts at the email address that is on your profile if the service that delivers text messages is temporarily unavailable. Message and data rates may apply
Your PIN can be changed at any time. Please call 866-544-0193.
If logged in, tap the hamburger menu in the upper left and select Help. You will find information for contacting support and information on your app version and details which may be helpful in troubleshooting issues. For Card Manager support, call 866-719-0709. Note: If your account is blocked due to too many failed log in or setup attempts, it will be locked for 24 hours and we cannot unlock it.
