MAX Credit Union Announces 2023 MAX Community Achievement Recipient
MONTGOMERY, AL (December 14, 2023) - MAX Credit Union is delighted to announce the recipient of the Lee County MAX Community Achievement award: the Boys and Girls Club of East Alabama. This accolade from MAX acknowledges organizations for their overall contributions to the community and ongoing endeavors to unite individuals making positive impacts.
The Boys and Girls Club of East Alabama, a non-profit entity, is dedicated to offering programs and resources that guide young individuals toward success as they transition into adulthood. Their focus extends beyond fostering leadership skills; they also prioritize providing financial education courses, ensuring that club participants possess the essential skills for financial independence in their journey to adulthood.
In recognition of their outstanding contributions, the Boys and Girls Club of East Alabama will be presented with a $7,500.00 donation to advance their mission.
